STEP 1: use a pre-heated iron set at medium-high (temperatures may vary based on material of garment) gently heat the desired area of the garment for 10-20 seconds. STEP 2: place your patch face-up, cover with a light cloth and firmly press your iron over the patch for 25-30 seconds, moving the iron in circular motions. STEP 3: turn the garment inside-out and iron the back area of the patch for 15-20 seconds, focusing on the outer edges of the patch to secure the adhesive backing. STEP 4: gently check that the patch backing is securely adhered, if necessary repeat steps 2 and 3.
PatchStop iron on patches can be ironed to most durable fabrics such as cotton, canvas, and denim. Delicate materials such as silk, nylon or any fabrics containing elastic or elastane may require you to sew on patches. Check your garments care label for heat iron restrictions before you iron on your patch using our instructions. Please, DO NOT iron on patches to any leather surfaces. We recommend everyone to sew on patches in addition to iron on patches for a longer lasting, more permanent application.
