The accompanied crucible tongs are perfect for lifting and pouring.
- Double Forge Burners FurnaceLSMIITTH propane smelter take special design with double forge burners on both sides of furnace. Compared to the single burner or the double burner all in one side, the flame would be more evenly distributed. The output of each burner is 100,000 BTU. Fast melting can save 50% of the time and 20% of the gas cost. Our 2 burners designed with air choke to adjust the oxygen intake.
- High Temperature ResistanceHigh pressure gas melting furnace can withstand high temperatures of 2642F (1450 C) , our graphite crucibles could withstand 3272F(1800), which means that you could use this foundry to melt copper, gold, silver, brass, aluminum, zinc, tin, glass and other metals with melting points below 2372(1300). Very suitable for home forging, jewelry processing, metal casting. Attention: It can not melt steel, iron.
- Safe and ProffesionalThe metal smelter is made of steel, thinness is 1.5mm, superior strength and durable. The full body and lid are fully lined with 2 inch of ceramic fiber insulation. Highly heat resistant. Safe enough for smelting. The burner gas hose with regulator input is QQC type, output is 5/8", which can hook up to American standard Propane Tank directly. Maximum Output is 30PSI (CSA). You can control gas consumption by adjusting gas pressure easily.
