Product Description
CF-80AM A/B is a 80 Shore A polyurethane elastomer designed for durable, flexible casting applications. This low-odor, mercury-free system offers excellent tear resistance, rebound, and abrasion performance. It is easy to pigment, RoHS/REACH compliant, and demonstrates good color stability when exposed to moderate UV light. Ideal for prototypes, molds, and production parts. Durable Performance 80 Shore A hardness with high tear strength and rebound. Safe & Clean Low odor, mercury-free, RoHS/REACH compliant, phthalate-free. Fast Cure Pot life ~15 min, demold in 34 hrs at 77F; post-curing improves properties. Easy to Pigment Accepts a wide range of colors for stable, vibrant results. Versatile Applications Ideal for molds, prototypes, cast parts, props, and more.
Mixing & Handling: Mix by weight (50A:100B) or volume (45A:100B). Remix Part A before use. Apply release agents on porous surfaces. Store sealed at 6580F; 6-month shelf life unopened.
Safety Precautions: Use in a well-ventilated area. Wear gloves, protective clothing, and safety glasses. Avoid skin and eye contact. Skin: Wash with soap and water, remove contaminated clothing. Do not use solvents. Eyes: Flush with water for 15 min, call a physician. Ingestion: Seek immediate medical attention; follow physicians instructions.
Warranty & Returns: Returns accepted within 30 days per Amazon policy. Refunds (minus return shipping) require material to be unused, unopened, and pass inspection. Processing takes 12 business days.
