Scraping use, cleaning, grinding and storage:

Usage: When using, try to avoid excessive pressure on the screen, which will lead to extremely thick ink layer, difficult to control, and excessive wear of the screen, so the correct way to let the two ends of the scraper and the edge of the screen have an appropriate distance, and then print with appropriate pressure. When loading the squeezer into the handle, do not apply excessive pressure or force it into the handle with too thick a size. The squeezer should be allowed to rest regularly rather than being used continuously.

Cleaning: First wipe off too much ink with cloth, and then wash with a softer cloth with appropriate solvent, do not use strong solvents, especially ink thinner to clean the squeezer. After grinding or before reuse, the squeezer should be left idle enough to completely evaporate the solvent on it.

Grinding: can be used in the general way of grinding: belt type, roller type, knife cutting type can only grind dry rubber scraper, not immediately wiped with solvent after grinding, grinding a small number of times.
