Horizons Pattern

• Designed by Jennifer Bosworth for Shabby Fabrics

The Horizons quilt pattern was designed by Shabby Fabrics and contains the instructions to complete the 45 1/2" 53" quilt as shown using a charm pack and yardage. If you don't have a charm pack on hand, no problem at all - you will need 25 squares cut to 5" x 5".
