• Exposure Unit is an important tool in screen printing because screen exposure is one of the most important steps to the screen making process. This table top exposure unit combines affordability and quality. With this unit you are able to burn crisp images and bring a professional look to your screen printing shop. The built in automatic timer helps achieve a perfect exposure effect.
• Digital timer ensures precise exposure time. Time setting range is 1 second-99 hours 59 minutes and 59 seconds. It can memorize your last exposing time setting and repeat time setting.Power calls off by itself when the count-down time is over.Different brand emulsion will need variety exposing time, operator need to test with this machine and set to the best exposing time.
• Working principle: screen printing screens are coated with a light sensitive emulsion using a scoop coater. When the emulsion is dry, place a positive print of your image on the screen. Once you burn the screen, the emulsion that did not get any UV will wash out of the screen exposing the tiny pin holes. The surrounding areas that were exposed to UV will be cured. Hence the ink will pass through screen onto your substrate.
• 6 LED lights makes exposure evenly ,which guarantees the exposure quality.The wave length is 395nm. Timer will turn off the light automatically according to the setting. It will keep this setting and repeat use unless you change the exposing time.
• The exposing area is 16*20inch.The height from the led tube to the desk is 2.8inch.Suitable frame size should be within 16x20inch.The unit has 4 wheels and it can be moved easily. You just need to pull the unit to the top of the frame when use it.

This exposure unit is mainly used for exposure small screens,printing plate,hot stamping. The exposing area is 16*20inch.

A: Clamp one side of the unit on the desk and the unit acts like a cover. Open it, put the frame in and close it.
B: The unit has 4 wheels and it can be moved easily. You just need to pull the unit to the top of the frame when use it.
Different brand of emulsion have different exposing time, the operator need to use the emulsion in this machine and confirm the best exposing time.
There are 6pc 12W LED tubes, whicah can normally used about 50000 hours.
The distance the LED tubes to the table is 2.8inch(70mm)
The machine adopts timer to set the exposing time. After reach the exposing time,the machine automatically turns off. The timer also has automatic memory function

Methods of using the timer
1. Before first using, please press the "C" button to reset, the display shows 00:00 00 and it is flashing state.
2. Press the "hour" and "minute" and "second" button separately to set the countdown of the electrify time, the display shows "ON"
3. Press the "start/pause" button to start the countdown.
For example:
At first press the "C" button to remove the original set, Then press "minute" set to"5";press "seconds" set to "30"; Then press the "start/pause" to start the countdown, lamp open;After five minute 30 seconds countdown , plate burning machine tube closed. This setting do not need to change, it is automatically saved. When the machine starts again, the countdown is still 5 minutes and 30 seconds.
