Description

These 3.2mm thick blocks are made especially for printmaking purposes so are softer than the traditional flooring linoleum. Cutting away the surface of a lino sheet or block using small sharp cutters forms the basis of a lino print. The surface of the block is inked up and this forms a positive image when printed. Use either water-based lino inks or mix Georgian oil block printing medium with oil paint.
