Indian Sari silk yarn is woven by hand from the fibers of Indian saris. These threads can be called an alternative to silk threads - soft to the touch, with a beautiful sheen.
These multi colored skeins have a large variety of threads and colors to use. Each skein is unique and can have slight differences in color and thickness. Soft, shiny, silky and full of bright vibrant colors, they can be carefully pulled apart into different sizes.
Sari silk has lovely texture and can be used for all sorts of textile projects including wet felting, nuno felting, spinning, knitting, weaving, macrame stringetc. Ideal as decor for felting scarves, jewellery, slippers, clothes, hats...
