That's UMT 1:72 scale T-28 tank on rails (armored platform). Box in the traditional style of UMT, bright and colorful, patterned. The box includes plastic parts. The kit is cleanly molded in goog quality green plastic. The plastic model kit includes hull, small parts, photoetching, rails and decal. Instruction is laid out like most other UMT kits.
